We can import clients and policies using the attached import template.
The process is that you can put all the information into the document and we will import it and come back to you with any amendments to data needed, for example where we dont recognise certain product types.
There are 2 tabs in the spreadsheet;
ClientDetails - Here you can enter client details
Within the ClientDetails tab we need a minimum of firstname, surname, dob and client reference which provides a universal link to your records. For example; Client Reference maybe your current client ID for that client or a unique id from your previous back office system.
Plan Details - Here you can enter policy details
