Restoring Disabled Plugins within Outlook

If the Add-Ins tab does not appear in your menu ribbon as shown below: It might be installed but disabled.

 

Within Outlook go to File then Options

 

 

Click on Add-Ins tab

 

 

Then Select COM Add-Ins  and click Go... button as shown below:

 


Note: this is located at the bottom of the screen.

 

Ensure that Adviser Cloud - Outlook Plugin box is checked - then click OK
