How To: Implement the Outlook Plugin

To Implement the Adviser Cloud Outlook Plugin, you will need to have Office 365, if you have office 365 then follow the following instructions.

1. Download the following link: Download Here

2. Add the plugin to your outlook:

For the Outlook Desktop App:

Press Store:

Then press My Add Ins:

  • Press Add a Custom Add In, then download from a file.
  • Then you need to select the file you downloaded above.
  • Select install then you can close the tab.

The plugin should then be displayed as above.

 

For the Outlook Web App:

Press the cog in the top right, then the manage add ins:

Then you can follow the steps as above for the outlook desktop plugin.
